Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our tallow products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened or used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at info@kootenayglow.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. ​​​Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
