Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our tallow products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened or used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at kristi@kootenayglow.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide; duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
